Court entertains both sides of Arizona's immigration law.

The heated controversy over the country's immigration policy is once again making headlines with the Supreme Court on Wednesday looking at Arizona's immigration law that goes after employers who deliberately hire employees who are undocumented in the United States. Arizona's employer sanctions law has only been enforced on 3 occasions in the last 3 years, but companies and civil right organizations along with the Obama administration, have joined forces and maintain that only the federal government has the supreme power to enforce immigration laws. The consequences that will be determined in this case could also determine how the court will deal with the controversial Arizona immigration enforcement law, also more commonly known as SB1070. As you probably already know the Obama administration has disputed Arizona's controversial immigration law that a federal judge blocked the majority of this law earlier this year. Proponents of the law claim that this law is needed because the federal government either does not want to enforce their laws or can not enforce the immigrations laws. They also claim that this law deters numerous businesses from hiring undocumented immigrants. Civil right organizations and businesses dispute this law as a defiant attempt to by pass the federal government and that the law is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has not look at any matters regarding if states and communities can take part in activities with the enforcement of immigration since the mid 70's, and experts believe it may be looked at by the courts now. It is almost a sure thing that if the courts shoots down Arizona's immigration law because it pre-empts federal law, that SB1070 will die. Of course the main architect of this bigoted law, State Senator Russell Pearce, proclaims that his laws will win out in the end.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I also really like that the entire staff and attorneys are fluent in Spanish and English. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I think if I chose any other immigration attorney my process would have been slower and I wouldn't have my green card already. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me. When I walked into Kretz & Romero it was so welcoming and all their staff were very nice and helpful. When my sister and I meet with Cathy Kretz we explained the whole situation my husband was in. She was very honest with us and explained everything to us. She told me what she could and couldn't do for my husband. She explained my options and also told me it wasn't going to be easy.
