Victories

Refinements happening to the Survivors Act.

Changes are coming to the Survivors Act or more formally know as Section 204(l) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has currently made public an outline policy for the populace to give their view on how this new law should be put into action by its officers. Comments about the outline were due by June 1 and the outline should be completed soon. Anyone who might be influenced by the new law should contact an experienced immigration attorney to go over their case.
