Supreme Court to decide a 2007 Arizona law.

The United States Supreme Court announced on Monday that it will take up the heated dispute over the Legal Arizona Workers Act. The Court will hear from companies, Pro-immigration groups and civil rights organizations to Arizona's 2007 law. The Supreme court will determine if in 2007, Arizona law overstepped its bounds on the federal governments right to regulate immigration laws and whether this law should be repelled. This law is different than the immigration law that was earlier signed into law by Arizona's Govenor Jan Brewer which demands that law enforcement officers ask the immigration status of anyone they think is not in the United States legally. This case before the Supreme Court will be critical because it could possibly determine other legal challenges in the future, namely the new immigration law passed earlier in the year by Arizona. The Obama administration has asked the Supreme Court to make a ruling on this 2007 law last month. They charge that the 2007 law is not necessary because it is already covered by federal immigration rules and would interfer with a very delicate legal equilibrium that the United States Congress hammered out almost a Quarter of a century ago. Arizona's law would suspend or cancel a company's business license if they were found guilty of hiring undocumneted immigrants. The law also mandates that businesses use an E-verify system to check a workers status. The Legal Arizona Workers Act came into effect because on the ineffectiveness of Congress to pass immigratiion reform in 2007.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me.
