The showdown on immigration.
The Obama administration has been committed to securing the Southern border since he took office last January. The president is very anxious to talking about those accomplishments and other issues with the Arizona Governor Jan Brewer this coming Thursday. The Governor signed into law this past April which demands that any law enforcement agency check the immigration status of anyone they suspect might be undocumented in the country. This law has infuriated Hispanics, Pro-immigration activists and organized labor. Brewer is confident her immigration law would stand up in court is it came to that.
