Does Arizona's Immigration Law stand a chance?

Congressmen, legal experts, and Pro-immigration activists have given their opinions on this questionable law. The majority of people and groups disapprove of it because it disregards the 4th Amendment for infringing on unreasonable searches/seisures and promoting racial profiling. The probability of this law ever taking effect in the end of July or early August is remote at best. Most constitutional experts believe the new law is unconstitutional. Despite the possibility of racial profiling, Arizona is trying to dictate immigration policy. I guess someone forgot to mention to Arizona lawmakers that the Constitution gave control of foreign affairs to the federal government. It is widely known that federal immigration law falls under federal jursdicition. This tactic has been tried in a few states seeking to dictate immigration policy and they have been invalidated.
