The very next day on CBS's "Face the Nation just after that phone interview he then announced he would have no problem arresting any judge who he thought was out of line. Gingrich was then asked who he would send to arrest judges, Capitol Hill police officers, U.S. Marshals, who? Gingrich then just replied his ideal solution would be to impeach the judge he thought was out of line. He even went on to say he would want to do away with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Judge Fred Biery in San Antonio. It appears if Gingrich could have his way he would proclaim himself emperor and supreme ruler over everyone. Hmmm... that kind of sounds like a Monarchy we fought to get break away from during the American Revolutionary War.
