Georgia's Anti-Immigrant Law put on hold.

Georgia is one of the latest state to try and push through racist immigration laws has followed three other states same fate of not being allowed to enact their immigration laws. A federal judge has nixed their new immigration law. Well, it appear the only people that this might have been a surprised to was the incompetent lawmakers who try to pass racist immigration laws in their states. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) along with a handful of Pro-immigration organizations asked that this law be put on hold until a ruling can be determined if its unconstitutional. Yesterdays ruling is another clear sign that these types of laws encroach on federal law. Next inline is South Carolina and Alabama's racist immigration laws, these same groups have announced they will challenge these states immigration laws in court as well.
