Obama calls for Haiti deportations.

The Obama Administration has decided to reinstitute deportations to Haiti. Deportations had been halted to Haiti because of the recent devastating earthquake which had rocked that country in January of last year. The United States had halted deportations due to this tragedy. This backward thinking policy by the Obama Administration was announced by the White House after the fact. It was made known that 27 immigrants had already been deported to this battered and destroyed laden country. It should also be mentioned that this country is also currently dealing with a major cholera epidemic. For one poor soul, it was a death sentence as it was reported that one deportee had already died, and other deportees have been reported sick. Everyone wants secure borders and immigration security but for the United States to send people into an unstable country, this is just wrong. We can only hope that the Obama Administration revisits their stance on this situation.
