Victories

Boycotts starting to roll in to Georgia over new immigration law.

Well, it was eventual that business would start to boycott Georgia because of its racist new immigration law. The first group to boycott Georgia is a nonprofit organization called United States Human Rights Network. They had planned to hold their conference in Atlanta but since this bill is to be enacted by the Governor they have cancelled their reservations. They stand strong with all pro-immigration advocates to show their disapproval of these racists bills under the veil of wanting to blame the federal government for their inaction on the undocumented immigration issue. The conference was scheduled to last three days and had nearly 600 members from all over the United States attending this coming December but it will relocate this event to another state. This is just a sad state of affairs in our times for states to try to conjure up hate and fear of a certain groups that are vulnerable.
