Documents Regarding Proof Of NM Driver License Fraud Rejected.

The Martinez Administration has named case after case of misuse and fraud in the New Mexico driver license law which permits foreign nationals and undocumented immigrants to obtain a New Mexico drivers license. The latest case they are using is of 3 Chinese men who allegedly assisted with over 60 people who were undocumented immigrants that live out of state to get a New Mexico driver’s licenses. This is all the proof Ms. Martinez needs to determine the system reeks of criminals taking advantage of the system. Since Martinez took the oath of office the beginning of this year she has made it her sole focus to try and take away the practice of allowing foreign nationals or undocumented immigrants a driver’s licenses. It is rather funny when different organizations ask to see proof of the fraud that the administration has gathered, the Department of Taxation and Revenue just declines citing confidentiality laws, as well as executive privilege, so no one can look over these so called records. And while it is true some personal information should remain private this information regarding fraud that has any sensitive information on it could be blacked out before being made public. You would think that if the administration had hard evidence to back their rhetoric they would be more then happy to make it visible for everyone to see.

Dado que Martínez tomó posesión de su cargo al comienzo de este año ha hecho su único objetivo para tratar de quitarle la práctica de permitir a los extranjeros o los inmigrantes indocumentados licencias de conducir. Es bastante gracioso cuando diferentes organizaciones pida ver la prueba del fraude que el gobierno se ha reunido, el Departamento de Impuestos e Ingresos sólo disminuye citando leyes de confidencialidad, así como el privilegio ejecutivo, por lo que no se puede mirar por encima de estos registros llamados. Y si bien es cierto algunos datos personales deben mantenerse en privado la información sobre el fraude que tiene la información sobre la que podría ser tachado antes de ser hecho público. Se podría pensar que si el gobierno tenía pruebas para respaldar su retórica de que sería más que feliz de que sea visible para que todos la vean.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero.
