Supreme Court Unimpressed With Obama Administration Immigration Law Argument

With yesterday's oral arguments in the case of the federal government versus Arizona in regards to Arizona's new immigration law, the Supreme Court justices showed a narrow minded viewpoint on the Obama administration’s argument that it has the power to stop states (Arizona) from enforcing immigration laws. The majority of justices viewpoint during the oral argument yesterday seems to be that it does not appear that the states want to go against federal law but merely that they want to help federal officials. The high court was taking arguments on Arizona’s harsh immigration law, which makes law enforcement officers look at anyone's immigration status on the mere suspicion that they are in the country illegally. Also, Arizona wants to write new state laws with penalties for any undocumented immigrant who tries to get a job in the state. The Obama administration is using its weakest argument to sue Arizona currently. They are arguing that Arizona's new immigration law conflicts with the government's duties of regulating immigration policy. Justices on both the right and left side are having a hard time with that argument. Even if the court permits all of Arizona's immigration law to be constitutional the federal government still has its strongest argument to play out that Arizona immigration law and other states that try to copy it are unconstitutional because it racially profiles people.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero.
