Sheriff Joe's Time is Soon Running Out

Arpaio, the bitter old octogenarian Sheriff (and I am using that term loosely) who calls himself "America's toughest sheriff," is quickly running out of time. Arpaio who is facing numerous allegations of out and out racial profiling in Arizona, has decided to declared war on President Barack Obama, to try to take some attention away from himself. Arpaio latest smokescreen is trying to keep alive that President Obama is not a United States citizen. Also, Arpaio is completely refusing to acknowledge the president's current order to grant temporary immunity from imprisonment and deportation to undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children. Arpaio simply defied the presidents' order by saying, they will "be arrested" in Maricopa County. Then in June, after the Repubican dominated Supreme Court struck down three out of the four key provisions of Arizona's controversial immigration law. Arpaio growled that he wouldn't "bend" to the feds, "especially when we still have state laws to enforce." Arpaio revels in his bigotry and has said about the Hispanic and Latino communities "They hate me, the Hispanic community, because they're afraid they're going to be arrested," Arpaio has also boasted in a TV interviewer back in 2009. "And they're all leaving town, so I think we're doing something good, if they're leaving." But his bigotry and hatred is soon to come at a cost. Arpaio is so consumed with the imaginary crimes of immigrants that he and his office have ignored over 400 cases of sexual abuse he was responsible for investigating. Some of the types of cases that he has blatantly ignored are assaults on children. It is no wonder that people such as JT Ready, who was a Arizona white supremacist that shot and killed his girlfriend, her family and himself last May, had went to Arpaio rallies.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I also really like that the entire staff and attorneys are fluent in Spanish and English. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I think if I chose any other immigration attorney my process would have been slower and I wouldn't have my green card already. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me. She was very honest with us and explained everything to us. She told me what she could and couldn't do for my husband. She explained my options and also told me it wasn't going to be easy.
