GOP Presidential Candidate Says No To DREAM Act

Yes, Virginia there is a Scrooge and to be more accurate there are a lot of them in the Republican party. Case in point, presidential candidate and former governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney said he would veto any "DREAM Act" legislation that came before him if he were elected president. As you know the DREAM Act is legislation that would grant United States citizenship to undocumented children who were brought into the country as babies or young kids. Romney went on to say that he would build a fence along the United States and Mexico border with enough Border Patrol agents to secure it. Romney did say he would give special treatment to foreigners who serve in the armed forces to gain their citizenship quicker. Some extremist Republicans find Romney to liberal in his views and feel they need more hard-nosed conservative Republican to run against President Barack Obama.
