Romney Confused On DREAM Act

As Rick Perry has said in numerous Republican presidential debates to former governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney, is this the real MItt Romney or past one? This has never been more apparent on Romney's "now" stance on the DREAM Act, where he recently said he would veto any such legislation if he became president. This is rather confusing seeing that he has voted for similar DREAM Act legislation in the past on three different occasion back in 2005, 2007 and in 2008. Now, when he is making his second presidential bid and is looking for any votes he can get from his party he is all of the sudden against this very important legislation. Romney did stated recently he would help to make a way to legalize undocumented immigrants who serve in the armed forces though. Well, Mr. Romney here is some good news for you, this is already in the latest version of the DREAM Act legislation . You also stated you would not allow any young undocumented immigrants to receive benefits such as in-state tuition. Well you are in luck again because the DREAM Act legislation has already stipulated in the latest version that it would not give undocumented youth in-state tuition or preferences over United States citizens. In fact you are so out of touch with the American people on this issue it is rather scary. Fox News even conducted a recent national poll which shows that two-thirds of Americans believe that there should be a way to citizenship for undocumented immigrants, if they meet requirements such as paying back taxes and learning English. Also, in a recent Pew Hispanic Center poll almost 90% of Latino voters support the DREAM Act. Dear Mr. Romney or any Republican presidential candidate holding this racist view in regards to the DREAM Act just to gain extremist support to try to secure your party's presidential nomination may be your own downfall in winning the November 2012 election.
