Santorum Associates Illegal As Latino

It is hard to fathom in this day and age that racism still exists but it not only exists but seems to be alive and thriving. When a presidential candidate who is running for the highest office in the country and I dare say the world can use racists remarks about a group of people it is truly a sad day in this country. With the Iowa caucuses now behind us and Rick Santorum who was narrowly defeated by Mitt Romney by a mere 8 votes it is hard to believe he is even in contention for his party's nod as a presidential candidate. Is he just using these vile tactics to try to win the uneducated voters of his party or maybe it isn't tactics and just his real view points when he tried to accuse Rick Perry of going after and I quote “the illegal—I mean Latino—voters.” Santorum is the son of an immigrant and has shown his true colors on his stance regarding immigration and to say he opposes any common sense immigration solutions would be an understatement. He has even went as far as to attack Perry for giving tuition assistance to undocumented children in Texas, not to mention that Perry has also not constructed a huge and costly border fence to keep undocumented immigrants out. Santorum is the poster child for what a presidential candidate should NOT be in this country and he has repeatedly proven he is not responsible enough to lead the greatest country in the world.
