Immigration Reform Needs Done On National Level

With the Supreme Court's recent ruling on Arizona's racist immigration law, it told the states they cannot try to supersede federal law when it comes to immigration. This says nothing for the racially motivated reasons for these types of immigration laws and we haven't even gotten there yet but I am sure the only part that survived in Arizona's immigration law will be getting handed a defeat in the near future as well. No one on both sides of the aisles doubts that we need true comprehensive immigration reform but it has to be done nationally. We are a nation of immigrants, it is what makes our country great. I myself have German, Austrian, English, and Scottish in me with a touch of American Indian, my wife on the other hand has Italian and Colombian in her ancestry. I daresay every nationality I have just listed was at one time alienated for one reason or another by ignorance or hatred but yet here we are. While some scorn President Barack Obama for his stances on immigration whether you're pro-or against his policies one thing is for sure he makes things happen and for the majority of things that he has helped make happen they have been positive for the immigrant community. The Hispanic and Latino vote is going to be a game changer in this year's presidential race and one thing is for sure, Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is not on our side of immigrants.

Con la reciente sentencia del Tribunal Supremo sobre la ley de inmigración racistas de Arizona, dijo a los estados que no pueden tratar de reemplazar la ley federal cuando se trata de inmigración. Mientras que algunos desprecio del presidente Barack Obama por sus posturas en materia de inmigración si usted está a favor o en contra de sus políticas de una cosa es segura, hace que las cosas sucedan y para la mayoría de las cosas que él ha ayudado a hacer que suceda que han sido positivos para la comunidad inmigrante . El voto hispano y latino va a ser un elemento de cambio en la carrera presidencial de este año y una cosa es segura, el candidato presidencial republicano Mitt Romney, no está de nuestro lado de los inmigrantes.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I also really like that the entire staff and attorneys are fluent in Spanish and English. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I think if I chose any other immigration attorney my process would have been slower and I wouldn't have my green card already. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me. She was very honest with us and explained everything to us. She told me what she could and couldn't do for my husband. She explained my options and also told me it wasn't going to be easy.
