Major Universities Have Help With Patents From Foreign Inventors

One recent study coming out is showing that the majority of patents that are being produced by major American universities have at the minimum of one foreign-born creator, and this shows the real need for comprehensive immigration within the United States. This finding comes from the Partnership for a New American Economy, this is a group of mayors and business leaders who are supportive of immigration reform. They are calling for action by Congress to pass some real comprehensive immigration reform legislation to help jumpstart the United States economy by ensuring that foreigner nationalists who come here to go to college are able to remain here and become entrepreneurs and succeed in business and innovation. With numbers showing that in 2011, nearly 80% of patents given to the top 10 patent-producing American universities had at the very least least one foreign-born inventor, it is no wonder we are alienating the brightest minds in the world. The group is asking from Congress to adopt three measures to help ensure that the United States stay ahead of other countries by keeping foreign graduates from going to other countries and helping the United States economy. Congress should at the very least give green cards to graduates in the fields in science, technology, engineering and math if they so wish.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I think if I chose any other immigration attorney my process would have been slower and I wouldn't have my green card already. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me.
