Is Supreme Court Playing Politics on Healthcare And Immigration Reform

At the end of last year when the United States Supreme Court announced it would hear a number of controversial lawsuits, it made a number of people stand up and take notice. After the High Court announced it would hear arguments in regards to president Obama national healthcare reform law and then just weeks later announced they would also hear arguments in regards to Arizona's controversial immigration law did things get interesting. Really, two high profile cases appear right before the presidential election, how coincidental is that? Is the High Court just really playing politics hoping that it will help conservative politicians? Some insiders even believe that the real reason the Supreme Court took on both of these high-profile and controversial cases so closely together is so that they will null each other out. Some believe that the High Court will overturn the healthcare reform while knocking down the most controversial parts of Arizona's immigration law. Both these cases are pretty evenly split among the American voters, leaving some to believe that if the High Court does rule in favor for the Republicans in both of these matters it would do more harm than good with the backlash against their party. It will be interesting to see how this plays out after the court hands down its decisions on these matters, and how the American voters react to these decisions on election day.

Hello, I felt compelled to send a letter in the mail and share my experience with Kretz & Romero for anyone looking for a good immigration law firm. I found Kretz & Romero strictly by the internet, when I did a Google search for an immigration attorney in the Roswell area. I was rather impressed by their dominance in the search engines and I was compelled to give them a call especially after reading their testimonial section of their website. I have only been a client of theirs since March of 2011 but have already seen great results after they processed my filing so rapidly. Another big plus for me was being able to be in contact with my attorney (Cathy) if a question came up, that was very important to me. I had heard that the attorneys at Kretz and Romero were great on numerous occasions. I was in need of getting my green card and after talking to family and friends they had also mentioned that they thought I should go see Kretz & Romero to help me to get my green card. Then I saw them on TV and decided to give them a call. After talking to one of the attorneys I felt very comfortable hiring them to help me get my green card. All the staff at Kretz and Romero are very nice and they always answer the phone and answered all my questions. I now have my green card so I'm able to work now. I have been a client of Kretz & Romero Law P.C. for about four months. My husband got picked up by ICE in September 2012. I didn't want him to get deported because he had been deported before. I think I called about every immigration attorney I could possibly call and they all told me that they could not help me. Several people told me to call Kretz & Romero. I called and made an appointment with Kretz & Romero and also had another appointment that afternoon with a different immigration attorney that was also referred to me.
